lorsque la mise à jour concerne plusieurs observations.
(cela évite des réinitialisation de nom_sel intempestives).

D'autre part un test supplémentaire du côté du backend est effectué pour éviter l'UPDATE
de champs avec "(Valeurs multiples)".
