misc/build: amélioration de la toolchain ant:
- propriétés déplacées de build.xml vers build.properties
- ajout d'un <target> de test en compilation rapide (gecko/firefox)

Les ressources extjs (js,css,images) sont *automatiquement* incluent dans
le projet à travers le processus suivant:
- les <target> de compilation dépendent du <target> "link-resources"
- celui-ci relie (symlink) les ressources nécessaires depuis un répertoire d'origine
de extjs (spécifié par la propriété "extjsdir" du build.properties) vers le
répertoire src/org/tela_botanica/public.
* Ce répertoire est versionné mais svn:ignore tout son contenu.
* "link-resources" s'occupe de le créer si nécessaire.
* Il pourrait par exemple servir à ajouter des propriétés CSS spécifiques
au projet.
- com.gwtext.GwtExt s'occupe ensuite de lui-même de copier ces ressources
située dans public/ vers le répertoire de destination
lors du processus de compilation de GWT.

Bien que non-trivial, ce processus s'avère plus "propre" que le chmod -w de extjs dans war/
